I may have just made a mistake...
Well, I bid on a 14cm housing on ebay with a banks actuator and boost gauge. I didn't really think before bidding. It's new, so how much would you say would be a good bid? I'm refraining from posting my bid for fear of looking like an idiot...

You can always withdraw your bid on ebay if there is more than 24 hours left on the item.
Go to "help" then search for "retract bid" A good price for that setup is probably $250-450 depending on if it is new or used. |
Well i sold a used HX-35 with Banks Big-head and 14cm housing complete for $650. So subtract the price of a good used HX-35, I'll say the housing is worth about $250-$300?

Or, something over $390.39? [whistle]
|
[whistle] Anyone need a 14cm housing for around $400? [whistle] Well, at least I will learn to think before I bid [duhhh]
Even better... someone else bid! [laugh] |
I priced the housing with big head waste gate actuator recently through a local shop and it was $530.00 with out the gauge. figured I would post that incase you wanted to know. Banks seems to be real quiet [tapdshut] about pricing, probably because there stuff is overpriced [whistle] [laugh]

Whew! I asked for the bid to be canceled, and the seller was kind enough to do that for me. Now there is one other bid from another guy. Well, I've learned my lesson.
|
No biggie, everyone has bidders remorse when they first start fooling around with Ebay.
