i am in the process of building a twin turbo setup on my ford-cummins. i am using the stock hx35 and a hx55 i found. the problem i have is i cant find an exhaust flange to fit the back of the turbo housing. it is the one that has 6- 3/8 bolts holding the exhaust pipe on. i dont know where i can find a flange or if i am just going to have to build one. i have it far enough along that i can drive the truck, but the floorboard gets really hot and fills the cab with black smoke. im glad its a 4-door! before the 2nd turbo i was getting 35 psi max boost and 1800+ egt. now i am sitting on 55+psi boost(get scared and let off) with 1200 egt max going 120mph it really helps with egt and spooling sounds great!!

I got my flanges built at a machine shop. I just took in the metal gasket and had them build the flange. Remember to get the bolt holes threads cut on the flange, its helps to get a tight fit and seal up your exhaust leaks.
