Do you have a boost elbow on it? If you do, get rid of it and replace it with a boost controller. I'm running this one. It works very well and you can adjust it to exacly the setting you want. When I stomp on the truck, the boost gauge goes to 40 psi and stays there until I let off.

Holly Crap... 45 psi through a 35..

Better get yourself a brandy New Turbo that can use all that fuel to move more air.

or you can get a boost controller as "wannadiesel" pointed out but your gonna get crispy with all that fuel and that small turbo, no? What are you hitting now?

Zuk god is right. I don't have a 24v so I really don't know what the equivilent is of running your box and the injectors to a 12V but I have 370's, 100 plate, and delivery valves, when I blew my 40 and put the 35 back on,,,wow. 1600+ (that's as high as my guage goes) almost instantly. I put the stock injectors back in it, and moved the plate back, I can still get pretty toasty with just the DV's. Get a bigger turbo,,,or you'll have holey pistons. or a multi-piece turbo.

The manual boost controllers work very well. Don't need to spend for more expensive models...the cheaper ones seem to work well.

Your seems to have a locking nut that requires a wrench to tighten? Appears cumbersome. My JoeP model was same price...$35.00 and has manual locking ****. Just a suggestion.

If you take the air away you will still hit the high exhaust temp . you either need to cut back fuel a little and keep your turbo or find you a little bit bigger turbo. I run a modified HX40 with a 14 cm housen. Chris

Agreed here...

Higher fuel injectors and a little bitty turbo are not good. 48 PSI is also too much for the 35 your have on there, and anything abovethose 25 is just hot air for the most part, hot air will rob ur hp rather than help it...

Nope. Both thumbscrews. I set it 4 months ago and it hasn't moved. What I like about it is that it has coarse and fine adjustments so it's easy to get it set where you want it, and it has an air bleed so the wastegate can't stick open when you let off to shift.
