We all know they will replace a cracked stock manifold, c'mon guys, give us something helpful!
With my Killer B2 and my 200hp EDM's I noticed a small improvement on spool up after installing the HTT Pulse manifold. As for an EGT drop I didn't see any. One thing I did notice is the EGT's drop much quicker when shutting down the truck than they did with the stocker.

As for the heater core hose HTT now sends a bracket to locate the hose back in the stock location. Also pay the extra for the install kit, saves money rather than buying everything elsewhere.

The only thing I could think they mean is for a larger turbo flange like the pro 52 has.
Since I don't think this was addressed again in this thread your assumption is correct.
