how does my fuel pressure look

I just installed my fuel pressure gauge the other day, and when its at idle its about 15 psi and wide open its at about 7 psi. just wondering how those numbers sounded and if i need to do a big line kit or anything.

that sounds about what they should be stock....you just want tomake sure it doesnt go below 5...my stock lift pump went out, and i went with a bd kit on the frame rail, no big line kit or anything like that yet, and i now have 20 at idle and 15 at wot..

Pressure sounds like what I recall from stock!
Big Line Kits do help keep pressure up and protect lift pump. If you'll be adding HP...it's only a temporary measure.... but will cover FP needs to about 325 hp.

just wondering what you mean it will only cover up to 325? whether i shut the comp off or have it on 5x5 the pressure doesnt seem to change any.

When I got over 325hp ( I think) my FP started to get pulled below 5-7 psi! All I had at that time was a big line kit and my original factory lift pump. Adding bigger injectors to my EZ made for a big drop??
