GSK springs

I am playing with a truck that has had the GSK 3000 kit already installed in it. My Question is What are the symptoms if the springs are too tight and also if the springs are to loose? Is there a benifit if they are say 1 click looser or 1 click tighter?

Thanks for any and all help

When mine in the 97 were too tight it made it idle at about 550 RPM.

Same on my 96
We bumped up the idle screw a little.
Problem solved.
