gsk question

I ordered a #10 plate and 3kgsk yesterday and was looking at the instructions on the pdr website and I was wondering, what do you use to get the spring retainer off? a socket?

You just use a screwdriver and a magnet. Now you can do what I did take a 7/16 scoket and cut it so it has 2 little **** sticking out to ingage the nut, works like a champ.

I used a thin Snap-On 5/16" open end wrench. You can also get a tack puller and file the slot a little wider.
