Just Confirming that all the shims are removed when putting the 3K GSK in correct?

Yes, there should be 3 shims (thats how many I had), and a seat at the bottom. Remove them all and throw them away(well, keep them just in case u want to return to stock).

The number of springs very from pump to pump. The pump I just did the 4k on only had one shim. It was on the middle size spring. My old pump had 3 below the large spring alone.

Wildmanben just put a 3k gsk in my truck. It made a world of difference, night and day. It's a different truck! I did that and the boost elbow at the same time, what a difference!
