And I also haven't noticed any kind of varying fuel pressures, mines running abt the same as mechanos's Except I get a little more, about 18-19.
I didn't see the need for the pressure to run that high, so my pressure relief valve has a shim removed from the shim stack to lower the pressure a few psi.

I have no need. The hyper drive is only for high hp (i.e. REALLY thristy) engines. Afterall.... more is not always better. You can damage the VP44 by supplying too much pressure at the inlet just as easily as you can by supplying too little pressure at the inlet.

I have a few around somewhere of the tapped tee, I'll have to look. I tried to take some of the stock lift pump supply, but couldn't really get the camera in there to take a decent a pic.

Me either, just the reg. pulley that came with the kit. I forget what Glacier said, I think it was somethin like "for use with trucks over 500hp" or somethin. I figure all it is is just a lil bigger pulley on the pump, makes it spin a bit quicker. I heard 20 was the top end number for the VP's psi's so 18-19 is fine for me, never even seen it jump to 20 at all, so I'm not too worried. I rarely get 19 actually.
