Thumbs up Geno's Garage customer service

I wanted to buy the underseat security box for my '01 Quad Cab. Spoke with Brandon and was told they were on backorder.

He called the manufacturer for me to see if they had any ready, called me back to let me know they didn't.

I ordered the Smootie Cup holder, and because I'm leaving on a long vacation I needed it to be shipped express. He checked the order for me, and made sure it shipped out. 3-Day express took two days from Georgia to Colorado.

Brandon was polite, answered all my questions, and went out of his way to check on the security box for me.

Their customer service was fantastic. I wil be buying the security box when they become available, and will use them first for the other items I will be picking up for the truck in the near future.

Thanks Brandon, for going above and beyond, in the days of poor customer service you were great.

I've been dealing with Geno's now for about 7yrs and not one bad experience. Their customer service is second to none. If they can't make it right they'll send you a new what ever it is. Truly a pleasure to deal with.
Absoultly no affiliation just a satisfied customer.

Just about everything short of tires and wheels that I've done to my truck came from Geno's...I'll continue to buy there!
