Gauge location questions...

I guess it's not where to mount the gauges, as what I really want to know is the ideal spot to mount the sensors for the gauges for the most accurate readings.

Boost ??

Fuel Pressure ??

EGT ???

Thanks !!

T/C- back half of the manifold, I believe tst has directions on their site. Boost-a 3/4" pipe plug on the driverside of the head near the MAP sensor. Fuel-my 98 has two pipr plugs on the top of the filter assembly made it real easy-the inside one is post filter.

I have 15 psi at idle.
Most gauges 'like' to sit around 1/2 scale instead of running pegged.
I'd opt for a 30 psi gauge.

My Gallery shows my Pyro and FP installation points.

FP, you want a 30psi gauge as close to the VP as possible.

Boost, you want a 60psi Gauge (You'll outgrow a 30 too quickly)

Pyro, be careful that the probe doesn't bottom out on anything. Don't tap the threads too deep. You want the tip of that probe roughly in the center of the flowstream.
