Which fuel pressure gauge...?

I got an Autometer 0-100 PSI and after some reading I see a stock truck doesn't see over 15 PSI....

With a pusher pump or FASS... should I see much over 15 PSI?

If I will never go over 15 PSI it'd make sense to send the 0-100 back in for a 0-15 PSI so that the reading is more "accurate"....

Thanks!

0-30 is a good range to get.
15 psi will be right in the middle of the range instead of 'pegging' it all the time.
Autometer has done a couple of "custom" runs of 30 psi gauges for another website.
Might want to contact their customer service folks to see if any are available, or if they might consider makeing another batch.

We have the Di-Pricol gauges that are 0-30psi with 0-5psi red-lined. These are mechanical gauges so an isolator needs to be used with the gauge to keep fuel out of the cab. These gauges are available in black face/black bezel, white face/black bezel and white face/chrome bezel.

I've got an ISSPRO mechanical with the fuel run straight to the gauge. No leaks after a year.

Barry do you have a part # for this? I looked today at work, but all I could find were the 0-15 and 0-100 psi guages in the Ultra-lites.

Thanks,
Ian

The part # is 4360 on the 0-30 psi fuel pressure guage. I got mine from dieselperformanceparts.com. It is a Autometer Ultralite. $229

Barry,

Do not take offense - I was not calling you a liar by any means. I looked for an autometer in that range a couple of times and all I could come up with was the 0-15 and 0-100.
Its my mistake and I guess the performance shop I was at as well.

EDIT - I just checked my autometer catalogue and that guage isnt in there. The catalogue is probably 2 years old, so the 0-30 psi FP guage is likely a new model.

IMHO, thats a LOT of money for a FP guage.

Looks like the 0-30 is a custom gauge. I just went with the 0-15 PSI. I expect my FP to be 15 PSI at idle so no need to go up to 30.
