Fuel Filter Housing Swap 02 onto 99

I was wondering if anyone has swapped the new style filter housings from the 01 and 02 trucks onto the 98.5-00 trucks. Are the connectors for water in the fuel and the heater the same? Thanks

I'm not sure but i have a 2002 filter housing and plumbing I am no longer using if someone wants it

you'd probably be better off doing something like this dual setup
