I was wondering which aftermarket exhaust company make a system that has the exhaust exiting in the same location as stock...?

Most of the system's I see have the tip pointing straight out from the rear passenger tire. These exhaust look great but if you're rolling coal each time your in OD then you constantly have the fender and rear bumper full of soot.

I'm looking for a 5" system that has the same exit as the stock exhaust, which would be slightly pointing downward to the ground at an angle.

Mine is from Banks (it was on the truck when I bought it). It has a very slight angle toward the back and down. I would look for an exhaust tip that has a rounded off angle at the end of it. Honestly, I don't think there's much you can do to stop soot from getting on the truck. The turbulance from simply driving down the road is going to suck the soot right back in. Heck, just the turbulance caused by my mud flap deposits more soot on the front half of my exhaust tip than on the back half that's facing the rear of the truck. So much so that the side facing the mud flap is blackened and the side facing the bumper is shiny...at least until a give the truck it's bath.

 

You can buy tips that have the angle you are talking about. My buddy got a 6 inch chrome tip with the same angle as a stock 24valve tip. Looks great. Think I will go this direction too. Check with local exhaust shop, or search the net till your eyes pop out. You will find them.

I've noticed that some kits allow you to twist the pipe that goes over the rearend. If this pipe can be twisted, then I could probably make the tip face the ground more at an angle.

I would like to keep a stock look on the truck but what size exhaust (w/muffler) would be best...4" or 5"? I'm running Mach 6's, drag comp and a Silver Bullet on a 2wd auto 3500? Would like an exhaust that can support 600 on fuel and 750 on the squeeze.
