small exhaust and hot pyro

Hey guys,

my pryo jumps up into the red pretty fast, passing a car will get it into the red if I don't watch it. (see sig)

I have a 3.5 inch stock sized exhaust with a muffler and rotted off tailpipe, it sounds horrible.

I'm wondering if I go to a 4 inch turbo back straight pipe will I see any real difference in pyro temps?

Is diamond eye good stuff? Was thinking of getting the 4" turbo back kit.

thanks

The 4" would gain maybe 50-100°F EGT. The biggest restriction in the system is the turbo at this point.

Like I have said to others, fuel is cheap, air is expensive.

When you say in the red, what temps are you talking about?

The ISSPRO gauges come with a "red zone" set above the 1250°F mark pre-turbo install.
