How much of a difference will there be in the egts between 125hp injectors and 150hp injectors. a friend was talking to someone at BD who said the egt's would scream through the roof with the 150s. Any truth to this? I don't understand why there'd be that big of a difference between the two sets...i mean its only 25hp, right?

Depending on your current EGTs and turbo, I wouldn't think they'd be more than 150* higher.

For me, my my mods have almost doubled the power and only increased the EGTs 300* from stock.

 

I agree. Dont waste your time with anything other than 150's. If you dont have enough turbo yet, thats easy... just control the EGT's with your foot.

i run those injectors and I can get to 1650+ really quick so I would imagine you will heat up lats but not a whole lot more than the 130 hp injectors, you will probably want more down the road so buy big now and like 600 says use your foot to control the egts, with my comp box on 1x1 or 2x2 I can only see maybe 1300 so thats fine with me.

 

Yeah, go big on sticks the first time. That way you won't have to waste money upgrading down the road.

The right foot is the best EGT limiter ever devised.
