Dyno Jet 248 ?
Called a place fairly close that has one. Is that the right model to dyno modified cummins on im pretty sure it is but i've heard of some 248C and 248H
and wasent sure what the difference was. Thanks Brett |
there on "X" now...http://www.dynojet.com/automotive_dy...yno/index.aspx
i think theyre just revisions and whatnot. someone correct me if im off base... edit: after reading the first sentence on that page, its an updated 248C. i think if its "248" you should be fine, but the shop owner dropped a lot of coin on that machine so they are your best bet! some may argue you should be on a load dyno |

Dynojet 248C is the one you want!
The 'C' means it's a Chassis Dyno. They also make engine dynos and portable dynos. Not heard of the 'H'? (just saw link above...it's probable all in there!) RJ |
H is the heavy roller (10k lbs? vs. 7k lbs). W is the wide version. 248HW is the nicest non-load cell for duallys with large singles. The Dynojet's with loadcells will load any truck (which helped load the dmax to 1000hp).
