different pin in the injection pump?

someone told me that there were different pins in the injection pump from a 94 95 to a 96-98. i have a 94 and want to put some high performance injectors, turbo, intake, exhaust, and turn the fuel up to hell and back. but a guy at enterprise engine said that if i put anything over a 215 injector that it would stumble-missfire between 800-1400. how bad does it do it? can i take the fuel plate out and crank the starwheel and it will fix itself? was he talking about delivery valves? i dunno. can i ut this "different pin" in my i.p. and fix it like that? and what turbo does my truck have? i heard that the 94-95's were different than the 96-98's as well.
can i just get a 215 pump and turn it up to fix the missfire? or is it even worth messing with? how bad is the missfire??

Keep your pump and install 191DVs, GSK, Larger turbo(HX40,HTB2 or something like them) a good highflow intake system, large dia. exhaust and what ever size injectors you want. I forgot leave your plate in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok. everyone says to leave it in there and grond the plate to 0 and there will be no fuel curve. thats wut i want!. i don't want nothing to be holding me back form doing whatever i want to do. im just gunna plug the wastegate on my turbo and turn the fuel up like masonic said and see if i can melt the turbo off so i have a good excuse to get a new one. what about heads and camshafts. does anyone have a cummins running a high performance camshaft? or ort and polished 3-angle valve job heads? i think i will get me some of them air cleaners off a freightliner classic or something. that would look pretty cool with the tall mirrors to go with it!! may be a little wide, but oh well. it will get plenty of cold air, thats for sure. and put k-n's in it. i like k-n's. they get dirty LONG before a paper one does. and thats a good thing. just remmber, don't be pinche with the oil in the recharge kit. i put the whole can every time when i clean my filter. i drive a lot of dusty roads so mine gets dirty pretty often. 1,000,000 mile air filter.....i think the ol' cummins will last that long, but i don't know about the dodge!...

Yeah, delivery valves will fix the low rpm sumble of injectors. I wouldnt exactly reccomend trying to melt the turbo though, because the pistons will melt first .
