yea i know what you mean but i really dont see the benifit in having the exhaust take longer to get to the turbo >_>

I just wonder if that is the same header that industrial was supposed to be making for us? I understand that there are better ones out there[whistle]? But, dont take my word.

The list of people with the fab skills to pull off that header is a short one.

I'm willing to bet it's the handiwork of Passenger Performance.

i run a header very similar to that its just coated with a gold high temp stuff and i love it..... i bought mine from justin @ industrial but that is not the one they are producing.... the one they are making is still very log style and alot more money like 1200 and if you have a 60mm waste gate flange welded in its even more... so far the one i have is working great and it gets everyones attention when they check out my truck.... i didnt pay that much though but i know the right people ha ha lol :) your choice on spending the money though i dont have results cause i put it on when i put the silver 64 on so i couldn't tell yeah i just know my turbo spools faster and has more top end than my buddies CR with the same turbo.... :) :) just my op...

i just talked to the guys from industrial injection about the headers, he said about $1000 for the header but there still working on a final version. It suposed to drop your EGTs a couple hundred degrees he claimed. He also told me they are working on a hot rod vp 44 that will preoduce more than the current hod rods available. I'll be keepin an eye on that one.

Long tube headers are all but pointless on anything other than a high RPM setup. The lower EGT is most likely due to radiant loss as much as anything. Equal length that they are trying to achieve is also pointless on a turbo setup. Pulse phasing is effective on NA engines, but the turbo negates the need.

However, it sure is purdy:D

I can see it increasing spool up over stock. It doesn't have the 90 degree square bends. But 1000.00 is a lot of money to find out and I want twins anyway.[laugh]

i will be putting my truck on a dyno soon and will let you all know the results and if i really have to i'll swap to a stock manifold and do a comparison just so i know if it was worth it and so i can let you all know.... and if you look at high performance turbo gas cars including my buddies 10 second 4 cylinder most of them run equal length headers you just dont see log style manifolds on most fast cars....<<just so everyone knows they are usually high RPM drag race only types of cars ha ha>> i dont understand how ya would think a crude restrictive cast log would not screw you over on any engine especially when exhaust pulses are fighting each other on their way out of the engine and into the turbo especially if your mostly drag racing.... my buddies car spools tons faster with the equal length header than with the log style mani and in my opinion my truck does too... just my .02 i'll let everyone know as soon as i have any hard evidence to back it up lol :)
