liqued nitrogen cold air intake

can your air be to cold for the CTD. i have thought about makeing a cold air intake that would use liqued nitrogen (-326 F.) to cool the air even more. it would be a 5-6" tube with a smaller one inside with caps welded to the ends and then filled with liqued nitrogen. i just wanted to know if this hurt more then help.

doesnt liquid nitrogen freeze metal? im no chemist but i dont think that would be too good an idea. i'd be worried it would freeze the air and cause ice in the intake pipe, not to mention the damage it could do to the turbo. :o
