CCD after VBA installed

Alright, so after installing an ATS 47re transmission with a TCI 900rpm stall converter, im getting a funky ccd code up on my mini computer. I installed the VBA that came with the tranny just like the wire diagrams have stated, but this ccd is bothering me. I've un-plugged and re-plugged connectors and cleaned them as well. But this ccd is still present. I did not have it before the install of the VBA. this is on my 2000 cummins. Any ideas? thanks

TCI Auto 142261 - TCI Dodge Maximizer Torque Converter from summit racing advertises the flash stall at 900 rpms. and it is actually a 48re TC. I love it! theres no lag when cold weather hits and u know how the tranny can be a bit sluggish, ya this problem is gone in my truck, also im getting great fuel mileage.
