just installed the carter p74213 from napa. it cost $219. i went in from the top and it took me about 45min.the new pump came with a pig tail but i did not use it.some have wrote that this pump is for gassers but in the box with the instructions it specifically says for diesel.someone wrote in one of the threads that you need a small vice-grip for the pinch clamps.important piece of equipment!that is what took me so long getting to those clamps.thanks to all who wrote threads. this site is great. im in the process of getting a pressure gauge.where is the best place to hook it up??
