I'm trying to track down a set of car seat tether anchors for the rear seat in my 01 QC. I found the TSB referencing part number 05017032AA, and a new part number that superseded it 05017032AB. Looks like all of these parts are discontinued. I called the local Dodge dealer and he wasn't much help. Google wasn't being very giving this morning either. Every page with that part number showed out of stock. Wanted to see if anyone here had any leads on where I might be able to find a set. My daughter is reaching the age where we can turn her car seat around to forward facing, so I need to attach the tether. Was hoping to find the actual anchors instead of having to rig up something.

Or does anyone have a picture of what they look like or how they are mounted? I've seen some diagrams when searching for the part number, but I think more often it's a generic pic that doesn't actually represent how they are installed. If I don't find some, I may try to work something up using the same mount points.

I'll make sure I've got them and pm you tomorrow. They're yours if you can use them. IIRC they bolt down with the lap belt latches and at the top of the rear seat.....piece of cake.

I've got a 2001 2500 QuadCab...unfortunately it's an early 2001 and didn't come with rear car seat tether anchors. I found one at a salvage yard that I unscrewed from the back wall of the cab. The back wall of my cab has the mounting tab/hole, but it does NOT have the welded nut for the Torx screw to screw into. There's no way I can figure to get a wrench back there to attach a nut. How are people retrofitting car seat tether anchors on their older trucks?
