Black Stacks?

Ok,
Not sure if I want to do stacks or not, but if I do, I'm thinking black would look better on my truck because of all the other black accessories I have on it.

I would move the tool box back, put the stacks in the corners and then cover the area between the stacks with black diamond plate to match the toolbox (I would lose the antennas as well).
I haven't seen anyone here with black stacks (other than soot build up on the end ).
Has anyone else thought of black stacks? Anyone got any pics? Any ideas on how to make your own black ones (would prefer a black with a little shine, not flat).

There's a ford up here running them. You can't even tell he has them until the flappers start flapping. I personally don't like them but that's just me.

I don't see why you couldn't get a set of black chrome plated stacks. I'm sure that someone out there makes such... or could if you special order.

Can't tell for sure, due to the lighting in the pic, but appear to be plated w/ black chrome. I wonder what kinda tires that truck is riding on... look like a good aggressive tire!

black chrome is a variation of chrome plating. Powder coating is just that. I'd imagine that black chrome will have more luster and shine to it.
