You certainly set your goals high!!!
Twin turbo's for a lot of air.
Then add a lot of fuel.
you need to start with guages. Then an aftermarket fuel system. (lift pump)
Rob a bank.
what trans are you running?

You need a triple disc converter and a built trany for that kind of power! (and you will eventually need a flywheel/flexplate) 550-600hp would be more realistic...

BD HP Twins Set
200-250hp Injectors
Head Oringed
Head Studs
Quad Adrenaline
Good Intake System
FASS
2-3 Stages of NOS
etc...

Traction bars!

If you're running an auto truck, its more money. If you don't its just matter of running the right combo. You can do that with amount of ponies with the miniumal amount of cash, just run the stocker with a S400 or BTH-3b turbo. From there its a just a matter of which injectors you run. 800 rwhp, is easy, nos and big injectors. You could get away with running a larger S300 single, with tons of nos for that amount of ponies. Abit of tuning, its do able. Running that amount of power out of a VP truck just on fuel, has not been done yet, at least at a dyno event. Not too many trucks really run 800 rwhp, just on fuel. There are a few, but its p pump or twin cp pump trucks. For 1000 rwhp on fuel, its a p pump area. No dodge auto will hold-up that monster for too long. Not too many truck do that on a dyno. A strong 600 rwhp is possible daily driver, thats the pricey part of the ride. My best run is 677rwhp, about three years ago, and 100000 miles ago, but you have to use that HP that you just spent that $$$ on. Once you break it, you just fix it again.
