Mine used to have a very faint little miss at idle when I first installed them. Did some tweaking and that went away. Very smooth idle now and truck fires up instantly. They are also very clean burning with mine at 50 psi.

I only put about 5k on mine and the idle drove me crazy. I put in three different sets and the BD injectors both the 130 and 155 sized idled funny. This is with new three connector tubes, o-rings, and a new VP pump. They make good power and low smoke levels. I'm gonna have to try that BD dyno as I would be hard pressed to see my truck more than 550 running the BD155's. The mach 6er's are way more stronger mid range to top end than the 155's but you also get more heat and smoke. I towed my 10k trailer in the mountains last summer running 4X4 on my drag box with no heat issues. I put 1/2 hr running against my dad's 04 dmax pulling a similar load just going from Revelstoke to Field (2 1/2hr drive). They make a great towing, low smoke injector, low egt's. The 130's there was no smoke and the egt's wouldn't get above 1200's.

 

I know the BD's in mine are making power cause look at the numbers in my sig. I'm also running just a small KSB-1 and can peg 1500* like it's nothing so I know that there's a lot more left on the table once I get some more air.
