Most everybody I've talked to that has one or had one hasn't been impressed with it. I'm not sure exactly why they didn't like it, but it sounds like it just doesn't work all that great for the money. I'd spend the money on a valvebody instead, that'll make more of a difference I think.

They work excellent at what they were originally designed for, which is exhaust brake use. When the torque converter locks up, it increases line pressure by overriding the throttle valve cable. When you let off the throttle the pressure normally drops to idle pressure, with the pressureloc it keeps it up high to help the converter hold for engine braking. Also on trucks with more power (hence less throttle needed) it increases pressure to help hold under power while locked up.

Mine would stick all the time. I had to take it apart lots of times. I have one in my garage, if you pay for shipping you can have it. Its just a bandaid to help keep pressure on your clutchs. A modifed valve body would also help. You can feel it on your throttle pedal as it would move your throttle position abit.
