I just used an Alcoa distributor when I bought mine. Going by their website, they don't have any 17-18" duallies yet, but they also didn't show the Magnums for my truck either. Give a distributor a call and see what you can get. They have some 19.5's, if you're looking for the bigger rim look.

You can get 19.5's and run industrial tires on them like wreckers and utility vehicles do. Those tires wear a lot longer but the price is a little steeper as well. Probably start at load range F though... pretty heavy duty.
Another upside to a larger rim to acheive a larger wheel diameter is youve got less sidewall flex so the handling will be a bit sharper. Running those huge tires does look kinda nice, but the handling on these trucks is bad enough already

They make 16's too. Running a 16" rim/tire is gonna be much lighter than a 19.5 wheel/tire, so it will ride smoother, and should brake better, less rotating mass. And 16's have much more tire options right now than 19.5's. I like the looks of 19.5's, but they just aren't practical for a daily driver, IMO.
