My truck can't keep fuel pressure up now I have put a edge juice w/ attitude on it. If I ordered up the 150 gallon Air Dog pump w/ filters, on sale now, what else would I need to finish the install. Would I bypass the stock water filter and fuel filter. Do I need new fuel line? what size? Do I need to order a "draw straw" to get the fuel out of the tank? Anything else I should know before ordering parts / pulling the truck in the garage?

 

The Airdog comes with EVERYTHING, to install it, its a complete kit, do some reading on 1/4 tank issues, tou MUST install the drawstraw properly.

Heres a link, with the issues I had, others posted some good ideas. depending on your fuel module, I'd instal BOTH intake and return in the fuel module. If you opt to drill the fuel tank, make sure you cut a shallow angle or notches in the drawstraw.

I just bought the same pump for my truck. I also bought a vulcan draw straw I and a tapped 90 degree fitting part # POET8. I bought the fitting to hook my edge juice pressure sender to it and the draw straw so the return fuel will dump into the fuel sender rather than the filler tube. I did not want to suck the sender dry. I bought these direct from vulcan online.
