I figured my truck would be wired for the option of the overhead info screen and hoped I could just plug a console into it with compass and temp ect. but I only have the wiring for my interior lights. How many parts do I have to rob from a junkyard to put one in? I'm pretty handy with wires and not scared to spend some time doing this but need a bit more info like diagrams and schematics as well as a parts list. Maybe it's easy, let me know.

 

I was wondering the exact same thing. I have a 98 that I would like to put an overhead console/info center in.

I have put the overhead in my 2000, it took the roof harness and the hood harness that feeds the hood lite and the temp sensor. You will need the bracket for the temp sensor and the sensor
