Thumbs up 5000 Mile Update, Stage IV Injectors & FASS II

Well this weekend I took the Family to Disneyland ( The Happiest Place on Earth ) about a 450 mile round trip with a side trip to the Chicken House @ Knott's Berry Farm. Anyways when I put the Stage IV injectors in the truck I was seeing 18-19 miles per gallon, before the FASS II. This was the first big trip that I paid attention to my mileage and I got a Whoppin 22 miles per gallon. , that was cruisin @ 70 with the cruise control set. I'm very pleased with the way that my truck is now performing!

I'm guessing the Dr. P Stage 4's are in the range of 120hp? What kind of EGT's do you see with the BHAF and 4 inch straight? Is the Dr. Performance box similar to an EZ?

The Stage IV are 110hp. The EGTs actually dropped about 50-100 degrees I noticed. Runnin @ 70mph the EGTs sit about 600-650 degrees. We have a real long 6-7% grade here and with the cruise sat @ 70, they climb up to about 950. The only time I've been able to get them up to 1200, pre-turbo, was on the same grade, but that was doing 110mph. I pulled a 3500 pound trailer this weekend and cruising 65, the EGTs stayed @ 600-650. I had a couple little hills to pull and they moved up to 800. The Dr P box is a timing box. It plugs into the MAP sensor and then taps the Vp-44 pump wire. I hope this answers your questions.

Do you have a website for those injectors Tye? Also I'm assuming by your sig that you still have your stock clutch?

Hey Moose! I haven't seen you around for a bit. Did you get all moved and set up ok?
Here is the web site.

http://www.drperformance.com/

The stage IV aren't listed, there speacial order/built. I got the Stage IV from a local guy here were I live, I get all my truck toys from him. They were given to him for spending X amount of $s, so he gave them to me.

I still have the stock clutch, 60k on it, and its still holding. I'm taking it easy on the clutch for now. I'm not ready to put a grand or so into a new clutch, I got a new Baby on the way. So, hopefully it will hold for a while longer.
