315's on stock rims... yes...or...no???

I still have a lot of time before I'll need new tires... but I was wondering if I could run 315's on stock rims??? my 16.5X9.75 wheels with 33X12.50 just stick out soo wide and I was thinking about the next tire set I buy and what to go with ... plus the wheels don't look the greatest either. I've seen ONE truck like mine with 315's on stock rims so I'm not real sure... would they look tooo narrow? Anyone done this with pics?? Plus 16.5 tires are getting harder and harder to find. If I bought new wheels... they would be 16's or 17's but they only come in 8 and 10 inch widths I think and 8 would be about like stock and 10 would be wider than what I have now... Unless the offset on my wheels is just something weird ???

I don't know......... Just looking for some input...

Thanks,
-Ryan

If your stockers are 16x8, then you can do it. (came with 265 tires)

I they are 16x 7.5, it's not a good idea. (came with 245 tires)
