Re:anyone knows how to raise the front 1-2"?
Spring spacers are indeed your answer. Tons of guys run them, with no problems. The only issue, as you can imagine, is when you load up the bed or hook up to a heavy trailer, you will now be nose-high rather than level. Not really a problem unless you tow at night, then expect to get a few bright flashes from oncoming traffic. As far as where to get them, just about every suspension mfg out there makes spring spacers, and you should be able to pick a set up for around $100-$150. Installation is very straightforward, and it really helps if you have heavy-duty spring compressors. I have a picture of the spacers and stuff installed on my webpage if you want to check that out? http://www.geocities.com/tobyw2000

JC Whitney has them for about $75. 1-1/2" for 2WD and 2" for 4WD.

When parked, why not just use a Hi-Lift jack? ;)
