Has anyone been able to find factory towing mirrors for their 2002 (2500 or 3500) Ram. My dealer says it doesn't list them for the 2002 model year.

Also, are the factory towing mirrors a better bet than ****'s extendable towing mirrors?

On the other hand, is anyone satisfied with just running their stock 6x9 mirrors when towing? $400 plus is somewhat pricey.

These are the 2002 "NO Power, NO Defrost" flip out tow mirrors.

It took me about 1/2 hour to install both mirrors. This included filling my beer glass twice.

The kit contains everything you need and was very easy to install.

 

I bought a set of "slip on" extension mirrors from NAPA for $48.00. They are made to slip over your particular mirrors. I do not have any vibration problems with these and they look nice.

$48 vs $400+ No contest IMHO. I'm not cheap, I just don't have that kind of $$$ and the stock mirrors are not legal to pull an 8' wide TT - pull or 5th. ;D

No, Dodge does not. You can however buy a set of 2003 Heated Power Tow Mirrors and a set of 2002 tow mirrors then combine them to make heated power mirrors that will fit the 2002 body.

Ouch, that would be close to $600 for power & electric OEM tow mirrors. I'd really like to go this route but I really don't know if I can justify the $$.

How do you like just having the manual, non-electric dodge tow mirrors?
