1/2" Longer Control Arms/Stock Height?
I've noticed aftermarket control arm lengths for "short arms" always mention they're 1/2" longer than stock length. When I searched for whether this made a difference when used with stock height, conversations are always about 1/2" longer control arms with leveling kits. I have no intensions on installing a leveling kit. I'm replacing the control arms because the 21 year old bushings are shot. So, will 1/2" longer control arms on a stock height 97 Ram 2500 4x4 be a problem or not? Does it push the wheels too far forward in the wheel wells? Mine are shot, so, I have no idea if they were ever centered in the wheel wells with stock length arms. Thanks for the info!!!
