#0 plate
What is the performance difference between the #0 and #100 plates?
|
I like the 100 plate alot better than the 0 for the fuel control on the bottom end. I really don't like the big bellow of smoke with the 0 plate I had. I ran the 0 on a 180 pump and run the 100 on a 215 pump if it makes any difference. I am running alot different timing now and thin washers with a .013 cut head which may make a difference in smoke to.

As gwhammy stated, the #100 has less fueling on the bottom end than the #0 does. The name #100 means bottom end of a #10 and top end of a #0 (your foot is fuel control).

i have found 2 mpg less with the 0 plate under same driving conditions. plus side is a solid .4 better 0 to 60 time checked with the same g-tech on the same road.:)
|
So would you say the mileage went down 2 mpg because the 0 to 60 time went down or do you think you drove it the same as before?
|
the difference is #'s 1-99. [duhhh]
|
same driving conditions. only drive 12 mi. round trip 5 days a week.

Wow, you must have to change your oil a lot! Ever have problems with condensation not getting out of the oil? I'd imagine there would be a lot of error possibilities in such a short trip.

Thanks for the replys fellas:D I think I will stay with the #100 for now:)
