I just started the modifications to my truck. With the Juice Attitude you can check 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. Not having access to a dyno, this appears as a decent method to analyze the improvements as you make them. I just went out and compared my 0-60 time with the box set as stock, and the box set at 5x5. My time improved by 3.1 seconds. I have the six speed which is never going to set any records, but i tried to take off the same both times. I used second gear and released the clutch before hitting the throttle...trying to make the stock clutch last. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else has used 0-60 times to compare and contrast different modifications you have made to your trucks. Oh yeah, Merry Christmas!

With the box set on stock it ran 13.1 With the box on 5x5 it went 10.0. I'm not as concerned about what the times were, as I am about what the difference is. That gives me a standard for the testing of future mods.
True enough, but it's interesting info for those of us without that particular box. Oddly enough, the car mags never seem to test and publish that data for any of the heavy-duty diesel pickups. They seem to stick to half-tons.

That's one way to compare ....but things sound like they happen pretty fast. I prefer to mark off a 1/4 mile on a level back road and use that (and a stop watch) for testing. That way you have lots more data, from others, to compare to
Just a different way of doing it. Nice that the Juice will give it automatically... try the 1/4 mile!

yeah it is accurate.. as per times.. i can't quite get the right numbers on the horsepower/torque runs.. doing it the way the manual says is kind of hard in an automatic.. but oh well.. i just wanted it because the nearest track is 120 miles away from where i live.. I also raced a new 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8 SuperBee... which have 425 HP and run mid 13's... I was kind of upset when it beat me by 3/4 of a car length.
