Look how many places they list "TBD" on amount of reduction or methodology. This is all pie-in-the-sky stuff.
They even are going after WINERIES for the amount of alcohol vapor given off and that dastardly greenhouse gas CO2 from fermentation!

What industries DO they want in California?

I gotcher pixie dust and rainboed unicornsJust remember....it starts here and goes there.I remember cars without cats, lead in real gasoline with octane ratings of 106/109,buying 115/145 av gas, engines without egr's etc.All this(good or bad),started here by the granola and birkenstock crowd. This is all about BAAQMD fulfilling their mandate to the San Francisco Board of Stupidvisors.

Not all emissions control is bad, but it has gotten beyond reason.
Leaded gas was an environmental nightmare and was best banned.
Cats let cars be tuned for better running than crude early smog controls, so they were actually good.

Since the early to mid 90's it has gotten crazy though.

Just wait till CARB comes out with their requirements for body paint, heat reflective glass, new emissions, tires, and whatever else they can throw at us.

This is totally "ala peanut butter sandwiches" science.

Too late, they can no longer sell cars in CA painted black and they are building on that list as we speak.
