After much consideration, just bought a left over, brand new 08 450. Pick it up on Saturday. Maybe throw some ice tires on it and take it out the week after!!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Good for you bud. I bought a new 08 in dec of 07 and absolutly love it. I got my wife a new leftover 07 YZ250F when I bought mine and she loves hers too. What color did you get? I got us the white ones and dont hardly ever see any body with white. These bikes are awesome, I came off of a KX250F and after putting in kibblewhite stainless valves and springs I still had to adjust them monthly but these yamaha's never need adjustment.

I got the blue one, they just sold out of all the left over white ones. I'm going to go with a second set of 2006 yellow plastic, a friend has one and its sharp.
