I know, I know when you have to analyze a joke it is not funy anymore. But this IS a funy one.
So what is wrong with it?
Under the conditions presented one would only pass that many cars if they all stood still or if one drove on the shoulder. Otherwise you'd be traveling along with prety much the same group for the 16 mile strech. Time to take out the calculator and refigure those odds...
