Who to contact to restore a car?

My buddies step son was killed in Iraq with 13 of his buddies from his company within a 3 week period in Falusha last year and he had a 92' mustang.
My buddy wants to totally restore this car sort of on the lines of "Pimp My Ride". He wants the Marine Corp theme incorporated into this car. He would also like to a very nice mural of some sort put on the car as a tribute to his sons fellow marines that was killed also.
Any idea where he can get this done in the Pa. Wv. Md. area????

This is my borthers company out of Las Vegas, NV. He specializes in full show vehicles. Check him out, give him a call. He can definitely get it done.

Thanks for the suggestions, I ran the "overhaulin' idea by him, he don't think they will do it. (I'm going to contact them for him though)

las vagas is quite a ways from where we are located but I will shoot him an email, maybe he knows someone here on the east coast.

Another possibility is the Mustang mags, check with them, I know one of the Chevy rags did something like it, with many parts and services donated to the cause.

Thnaks guys, I'm not sure he wants this to be a car that is a showpiece for the Marine Corp. I think he wants it to just be in a few local parades maybe. I get the feeling he wants to do this just for his stepson and a family tribute to him. He said his grand plan was to totally fix it up when he got home so he is just kinda finishing what his stepson started in a way.
