It probably won't. I had a similar incident happen to me, although I was not openly carrying, it was in my truck concealed. I spent 6 months in county lockup, not being able to make 3 mill bail. Long story short, the Asst county DA was trying to make a "BIG SCORE" along with some shyster cops. I never was able to recoup the funds I spent retaining lawyers because of the "Good ole boy" syndrome of the justice system here in Houston......
