Weather ALERT

Just thought I would be the 1st to alert all of you that it is SNOWING IN HOUSTON!!!!!

Now for us natives, we all know that it means to stay off of the roads and llet all of the transplanted Yankees take over and show us how they did it back home... "IT" being gnarled fenders, crumpled hoods and flared tempers while dealing with others that don't know how to drive in the slick stuff...

I know that this is no big deal for those of you that live in this stuff daily, but down here, it usually leads to a complete collapse of our highway system...LOLOL

Going out now and watch it fall for a while.......

Gary

Saw it on the news here earlier and it looks like a mess for sure, maybe a couple days of crappy roads.

Yeah ... I'm one of those non-native drivers from the north who are giggling at the reaction to the snow.

HOWEVER .... I'm still smart enough to stay off the road while the others rack em up !! Houstonians drive like nuts on a regular day ... add snow and LOOK OUT !!!

Time to lock up shop and head home .... a company snow day in Houston ... I LOVE IT .

Cheers,
PISTOL

Snow just turns on the "stupid" switch here in S.E. Texas. Stay off the roads (and out of Wal-Mart, sheeesh, I just came from there.)

RV tank anti freeze to put in my Sea Doos. I suppose I won't be riding them any more this year!! Of course I'll be out in the "snow" winterizing them ( happens every year, wait 'till it's cold then get it done, tradition now I guess).

Lol

I would love to be a fly on the wall and watch all that happening in Houston, right now it is coming down pretty hard in my area, 40 MPH wind and snowing heavy, forecasting up to about 10"

I allready put 100 miles on today in 4wd.

Well,
snow is over and temps a gonna drop. Round 2 of Yankee free for all on the freeways tommorrow morning is gonna be fun to watch. With all of the wet stuff and 26 degree weather tonite, gonna be ICE EVERYWHERE in the morning. Guess I'll sleep in and watch the morning news to see all of the video clips of HIWAY CARNAGE in the Houston area. Demolition derby at it's finest......LOLOL
