hey Shortround,
Was that a dealer in Little Rock? Just curious, in case I'm ever in there I'll club him for you and the rest of the world. He must think that all of us are idiots.

I'm not gonna call any name, out of respect for the people there that go out of their way to help. Like I said, he's a cherry. He can either learn and learn well, or he can deal with the misery of getting it broke off. I bought the 01.5 from his boss and got a super deal.
Just a thought, maybe his boss is using me to break him in. Might be worth a couple of extra thousand off for "services rendered"

Tuesday morning means we've survived Monday.
February the onest.
One month closer to Spring.
Winter Fronts now re-installed to help the cardboard radiator blocker get the engine temps up on the AM commute.
Dr's Appt this afternoon to get my elbow checked out.
Been sore for a couple of months, bugging me too much to ignore now.
Must be strained from too many 12 oz curls.
Y'all B safe
Ed

I figured your coffe cup was bigger than that
Cold here and SNOW in the forecast!?!!?? (now checking my zip code to make sure I put the correct one in weather.com)
Need help settling a "disagreement" between the wife and I. Does an ice-cream sundae count as dinner? I say it does (peanuts = protein, ice-cream=dairy), she says no.

Thank God that Monday is over !!!
Woke up at O-dark thirty to get Momma to the hospital for her foot surgery, no issues there ... came home to get the 4 young un's up for school only to find one with a high temp and bad headache. Ok, you can stay home ... the rest of you get dressed.
Great ... the youngest missed the bus !! Drove her to school and then back to the hospital to pick up the missus. Pulled into the parking spot and wouldn't you know it but the truck quit and won't start. Don't hear the lift pump so I guess that is the problem. Luckily we had a friend with nothing else to do but wait for us to call.
Finally got momma home with a successful surgery, kids home and fed. Truck is still D.I.W. but that is the next obstacle for today. I just hope it wasn't broke into, stolen or towed.
So .... how was YOUR Monday ??

Pistol,
You weren't near Mallory were you? I don't blame the beast for quitting if you had her anywhere near there.
Chilly morning, bright sun, rain coming tonight, then mid 70's for the next 7 days. Pretty nice out - - a typical Feb day in Florida. I think a hear the little round white ball calling me.

No ... I'm staying away from there nowadays.
Got the truck started a little while ago and it ran fine until I shut it off at the shop. Now she don't want to start again. The lifter pump is running but it seems like it is running too long. Maybe building pressure slooooowly ??!!
Gonna do some searching for some possibilities ... sure hate being without a vehicle.

Mornin Folks,
PW,
Hope the rest of your week turns out better and the missus has a speedy recovery.
Ed,
I'm not gonna go there,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, (you're just getting OLD.)
Bob,
Aren't you a little too old to still be playing marbles?
Me,,,, I drove a Ford gasser to work today! ,,,,,,,, trying to work the bugs out of that 86 F-150 I swapped motors into. I changed the fuel filter on it last night and took a bath in 3 1/2 year old gas,,,,, ,,,, pee-yeww!,,,, I can still smell that stinking stuff. It's running better, but still seems to have some spark knock to it when you step on it. I'll put some plugs and wires on it this weekend. I figured running it back and forth to work on the interstate will help get the kinks out of it.
I sure did miss the sound of RATTLIN on the way to work though,,,,,
Y'all have a good one,,,,,,,,

Tuesday eveing, and I'm watching Michigan State get handed their heads by #1 Illinois. Being a Spartan grad, that's not a good thing. But we are just being outplayed.
Pistol, keep us posted on your truck, and Shovel let us know how wifey is doing. Tomorrow I go to the surgeon to set a date for a little leg-carving. Want to get it done before I retire, better insurance now.
I hope that you all have a restful evening. (for Big Blue, that's read "yall")
