Long story short: I am due an Interco Vortrac from Discount because I had one seperate and they are on backorder. It has been over a month and I called as was told "a few more weeks". I asked what "a few" meant and couldnt get a straight answer. Right now Im riding on my original three tires and one worn out BFG 315 that they loaned me from the junk pile. Would I be out of line to ask them to pro-rate the tires I have, plus the full value of the tire they owe me since I already paid for the free replacement warranty? Of course this would be towards the purchase of a full set of new tires. At this rate, Ill have to buy a full new set by the time the replacement shows up anyhow.
