Truck was shipped via frieghter across the Gulf of Mexico to the Tampa Bay (FL) area. Apparently it took on water. DC is buying back the trucks that were on board. I'll have about 14,000 miles on the truck when I make an even swap on an '05. Can't say too much about DC.
