Yeah, have the factory alarm. Dunno why it didn't go off. Perhaps I just locked the door with the door switch as opposed to the key fob. Either way, their gone, I've got a new solid back glass going in tomorrow, and I'm going to have burned CDs from now on. Expensive lesson, but I'll learn.

Squat was 775 for one nasty rep

Try lifting a 20" diam stone that weighs 370lbs onto a 50" platform... :'( and thats after you lifted 4 prior lighter ones starting at about 265 and up. Plus its a race. And thats usually after doing 4-6 other heavy events.

Arm over arm rope pull is my favorite. ;D

good thing about the country...a thief gets hurt at the house or in a parking lot and the police have a tendency to understand the sittuation fully and haul the bad guy in and leave you alone........we call it self defense ;D

My routine varies depending on my goals and if I am competing. Currently I am doing moderate to heavy gym work 3 days a week.
I am just starting up at event training again and its feeling great. I have the Atlas Stones, cars for flipping, rope and harness for pulling, logs, kegs, Conans wheels etc etc...lots of heavy toys.

They got into my tool box on my truck in Charlotte NC and took four boxes of stuff and three brand new folding chairs. It's a good thing I didn't catch them in the act because I play dirty. I would also be in jail by now, but they would not have stole again, I can gaurantee that.

 

I know a guy who caught a thief breaking into his car and proceeded to club him in the back of the knees with a baseball bat (just got done with batting practice) and then rolled the theifs arm up in the window. He then casually sat down and started reading the news paper as he waited on the cops.

 

Scotty, if I had known that my small comment about that would have had you playing 20 questions, I would have done it sooner. ;D

Grasshopper....I'm quite sure the police knew how the would be car thieves were injured...and it was NOT from intentionally running head long into the window.
