All the schools in the city went into safe mode and sent panic thru the parents/kids. I was getting automated messages on my cell phone from the city police several times telling me about the lock down.

My wife and I have a plan for this. She goes to our daughters school and if there's a ' problem' I receive a text that says (censored), this is when I go to the school and get our daughter. I did not get that text today. Thankfully.

Some nut killed a dad in Alberta and then took the 2 yr old daughter yesterday. Amber alert. Sadly the little girl was killed too.
Two murder charges and another for what he did to the child's body after.

I get very angry with this crap.
There's no treatment or jail for people like this. A 'better' justice must be served.

I'll assume GMO free, and I'm in..

munch munch swallow gag munch mmmmmmm

Been a long time on the hazard free diet. Gotta admit that temptation still exists. I'm a shadow of my former self. Feeling the pain (literally) of a little back sliding makes me stick to it, though. It's not all gloom. Enjoying a cupa creamed with coconut oil and thickened with orgranic cocoa mix. Goes down good and sets me up for a day's worth of fat burning.

On that note, I'll pitch in some pesticide and herbicide free apples harvested from my orchard. The Redwells are sweet. Prairie spies are a bit tarter. Both are nice eating apples. Big box of Iowa Beauty pie apples if someone wants to bake today. Special sample of Snow Sweet apples. Crisp, sweet, and with the added bonus that they don't turn brown when sliced. First few from the orchard today. Tree is 6 years old. Honey Crisp tree may give me a sample next year.

Larry. I feel for ya. Seems relatives, 'specially ex's, can be soooo edit. Keep up the pressure, but watch your back. I'll be prayin' for ya.

Lary, so sorry all the garbage is going on for you. Not fun at all. Stay cool and thoughtful in your actions. Pray about it.

Gotta get caught up on paperwork - - later.

Good morning. Coffee and ph00 are fresh, hot and ready. Looks like somebody did a decent job of washing out the pots. Good, that was long overdue. Coffee tastes different now.

Took my truck in yesterday to get the new clutch assembly installed. Should have it back later this morning. The local International truck dealer is doing the job. I checked around and this was the only place with the equipment to do the job to my satisfaction For sure will never get a Dodge dealer to do this kind of job. I did go to the 5 star Dodge dealer to get a comparison price on the parts and installation and as expected, they were waaaayyyyy to pricey.

Heidi, yeah, it is possible that I could teach an old gal new tricks, ( ahem!) but as you are not yet in the old category, don't have much to teach you. Who do you want me to teach?

As for me, I am grabbing a nice fresh ph00, leaving some sprinkles behind, and continue my day. Got lots done all ready, but the blonde will soon rise and then I can relax for a while with her. Fun.

Interesting about China and Boeing. My son is a level 5 engineer with them at the Everett plant. He has been talking about this meeting and prepping the group under him for the meeting. Should be neat time for them. He is buried with the updating of the 777 right now, so has to back off of it for a few days.

Long day, but productive. Gunna wrap up now and catch up with the news of the day. Had to stop in the middle of the day and fix the one of the AC units. Still having to run them down here - - too humid and storms still running around here. Go away - - come back next year - - well, don't do that either. Just go away. LOL

Finally got the boat trailer patched up and under the boat. Think I'll see if the bass boat still gets bass tomorrow.

Found the water heater in the fiver was inoperative. Pilot wouldn't stay lit. Thermocouple didn't look too bad, replaced it anyway. No go. Valve time. A hundred here, a hundred there, eventually it adds up to real money.

I got a bout half the interior lights replaced with LED's. Could grow a cash crop in there now, and uses about 1/8 the electricity.

Hey what's this stuff in the jar labeled "Apple Delight"? sniff..........sip
Hey, pretty nice cider.

Chugalug chugalug......makes you want to holler hidee ho.......

Move over dragon, I need to lay down.
