tires

can any one tell me what is the largest size tire a can fit on my 02' 2500 4x4 ctd that is mostly stock. have on there now 265 75 16 ltx m/s and i hate them

I guy i work with has 285-75-16 on his and he said he likes them.

As far as size goes, you can go with 305/70R16's on stock rims without lifting your truck. You may get a little rubbing in a full cranked turn. 305's are what I run with no lift. The 305's are the same diameter as a 285 but are about 1" wider. <br><br>295's will also work. They are the same width as a 285, but about 3/4" taller.
