Google Berneulli's Princible and that will put an end to the Airplane / Conveyor question. (it will not fly!!)

Thrust is irrelevant to ground speed. Thus it will fly!

If thrust is irrelevant to ground speed why does an airplane need wings? Thus the reason Berneulli's Princible affects all horizantal flying objects with wings.

It would have been much cheaper for the United States Military to install giant conveyors on the decks of aircraft carrier's instead of multi million doaller steam powered projection OK I'm done with this before it gets locked

I argued and argued the plane one , we are a stubborn bunch on here and I still believe a conveyor going as fast as a plane under it would cause lift . The concrete bed liner , I never got suckered into and there is one right now going on about block heater that has me up at 5:30 . I hardly ever see someone go over to the other side and admit to it on here , hay how about a new thread , how Hoss convinced me to go concrete , I was all wrong about it .
